Visual C++ 2015 is missing.

If you already have needed redistributable installed, run sfc/dism to fix it. If not:

1. Download Visual C++ Redistributable - x86 and x64 (both, independently from your system architecture).

2. Run both installers and wait for them to finish.

3. Reboot your PC.
